We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing deep-tech company and a global leader in robotics simulation, digital twins, and Physical AI enablement. Our client develops high-fidelity, scalable, and open simulation platforms that accelerate the development, validation, and deployment of autonomous systems and Physical AI.

About the role

We are looking for an AI & Robotics Ecosystem Evangelist — a strategic and outgoing professional who will act as the bridge between the developer community, industry partners, and our client’s internal product & engineering teams. You will drive the growth of the robotics, simulation, and Physical AI ecosystem through partnerships, community engagement, and technical marketing initiatives.

This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking at events, gathering real-world feedback, and turning it into product impact.

Zadania:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with ecosystem partners, developers, researchers, and industry stakeholders
  • Actively engage with open-source communities and support ecosystem growth initiatives
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities and contribute to lead generation activities
  • Organize and participate in workshops, community events, hackathons, and industry conferences
  • Collect requirements and feedback from the community and translate them into structured inputs for product and engineering teams
  • Support technical marketing and communication efforts, including content creation, demos, tutorials, and ecosystem updates
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align ecosystem activities with company goals

Wymagania:

  • 2–7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Ecosystem Development, Developer Relations (DevRel), or Community Building in a tech environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences
  • Strong interest or hands-on experience in robotics, AI, simulation technologies, developer platforms, or open-source ecosystems
  • Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive, well-organized, and self-driven attitude
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) — this is the main working language

Mile widziane:

  • Practical familiarity with robotics, ROS/ROS 2, simulation platforms, AI/ML, or Physical AI
  • Previous experience working with open-source communities or developer-focused platforms
  • Public speaking or workshop facilitation experience
