Currently for one of our client, international IT company which delivers own solutions for various business sector: space&defence, transportation, etc. we are looking for:
1st Line Support Technician
Referal number: MJ/LST/DE/181
Zadania:
- Providing preventive and corrective maintenance on 1st line support with cooperation with other Engineers – software and hardware maintenance according to maintenance pans or according to the group needs
- Logging maintenance intervations, raising and processing tickets using tools and ticket systems
- Cooperate with 2nd line support; escalating and support to solve the problems
- Adaptation of databases, tracking tickets and their status
- Provading report for internal and external needs
- Review technical documentation and testing system instalations; raising anomaly due to formal requirements
- Managing user`s accounts according to IT security guides
- Communicating and meeting customers, external suppliers and partners
- Providing support within 24/7 on call duty and office hour support on daily basis
Wymagania:
- Having finished studies within IT or similar fields
- Having commercial experience with working within 1st line support
- Fluent speaker of English spoken and written
- Knowledge of using Linux and Windows systems
- Nice to have knowledge of one of the following fields: Networking, Windows Servers, Backup, Virtualisation
