Zadania:

• Providing preventive and corrective maintenance of the ground segment elements – hardware and partly corrective software maintenance
• Logging maintenance intervantions, raising and processing tickets
• Tracking tickets and their status, reporting of status internally and externally
• Review new technical documentation and test new system instalations as well rising anomallies

• Manage users accounts according to Security policy, participating in meetings and interac with customers

Wymagania:

• Experience as Service Desk/IT suport specialist
• Technical higher education – IT or other engineer degree
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows environment
• Knowledge of at least one of the following technical area: networking (routing, firewall, VLAN, VPN), Windows Server (AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, RDS, WSUS, Exchange), Backup, virtualisation solution
• Fluent speaker of English written and spoken
